As the needs and dynamics of our congregation changed throughout the years, we decided to restructure our small group framework to meet the challenges of these new changes. To accommodate these new challenges we have created a “Care Group Network” . We believe this network will better serve our congregational and spiritual needs.
The Care Group Network consist of a pastoral care concept in which a pastor in collaboration with a group of leaders is responsible for the people within a network zone.
The Care Group Network is designed to cater to the various needs of the body, which include:
- Counseling
- Discipling
- Visits to the sick and shut-in
- Spiritual Accountability
- Sharing of information to the body (i.e. births, deaths, serious injury & illness, etc.)
- Small Group Settings
- Personal Needs.
